32” LCD TV (full HD) + Blu-ray/DVD player.
Hi-Fi amplifier and speakers connected.
Amplifier has inputs to connect your personal music player if you wish.
Solid oak corner TV unit. Various games (chess, backgammon, dominoes, playing cards, Scrabble and Pictionary).
Three seater sofa (Ikea Färlöv range) + additional cushions.
Nesting tables. Table lamp. Electric heater.
House is fully carpeted throughout; lounge also features a quality hand-finished large woollen rug.
Bedroom
Pine double bed. Pine three-drawer chest. Solid pine table and chair. Solid walnut storage box. Shelving unit, bedside units and bedside lamps.
Second LCD TV - 23”.
Quilts, quilt covers, blankets, linen and towels.
Hooks and hangers behind the door.
Electric heater.
Dehumidifier for indoor drying.
Foldaway clotheshorse.
Small 'travel' ironing board (+electric iron).

Bathroom and toilet
Bath with fitted shower attachment, washbasin and toilet. Towel rails.
Inner hall

Outer hall
Four camping chairs. Rotary airer (for outdoor use). Torch. Shelving unit. Coat-hooks. Step ladder.
Loft
There are windbreaks, body-boards and other stuff for the beach. Rakes and buckets if you want to go cockling. There's lighting up there, but no floorboards, so I do not recommend venturing right up into the loft itself. Bits and bobs of interest should be reachable from the hatch.
In any case, bear in mind loft access will be at your own risk. Take a look only if you are confident enough on the ladder, preferably with someone holding things steady for you on the ground.
